There are three ways to contact the Maranatha Help Desk, and these are the same during and outside of normal business hours:
- Email firstname.lastname@example.org to automatically create an IT support ticket
- Create a new ticket via our help desk system - you can also check the status of your open support tickets
- Call 920-206-2322 - limited support outside of business hours, but always the same number
