 Mechanical Maintenance Technician

  • The Mechanical Maintenance Technician is responsible for keeping Maranatha facilities in a safe, dependable, functional and attractive condition through preventive maintenance efforts and high quality repairs and improvements. This individual maintains and repairs HVAC, control, plumbing and electrical systems.

Assistant Registrar

  • The Assistant Registrar’s focus is on student services and expanding and enhancing the use of information technology for academic purposes. The Assistant Registrar supports student registration, transfer of credits, academic advising, and course scheduling. He is involved in the production of reports at both institutional and departmental levels.  

Part-time Employment Opportunities: 

Accounts Payable Clerk

  • The Business Office is seeking an Accounts Payable Clerk to join their team. This individual compiles and maintains accounts payable records and provides office assistance.

Administrative Assistant - Maranatha Baptist Academy

  • Maranatha Baptist Academy has an opening for an administrative assistant to work 20 hours per week. The administrative assistant works with the Academy Principal to maintain academic, financial, and attendance records for the Academy students and acts as receptionist.  

Marketing & Recruitment Specialist - Online and Distance Learning

  • Online and Distance Learning has an opening for a Marketing and Recruitment Specialist to manage the recruitment of distance students for undergraduate, graduate and Seminary programs. This individual develops and implements an annual marketing strategy and designs all marketing media in conjunction with the ODL team and Communications Office.

Administrative Assistant - Admissions and Recruitment

  • The Admissions and Recruitment Office is seeking to hire an administrative assistant who also functions as receptionist to the many visitors to this busy office. There is constant contact with prospective students so a clear understanding of student life at Maranatha is a must. The administrative assistant processes inquiries and helps maintain the database of prospective students. This individual also oversees the mailing of a large volume of recruitment materials requested by prospective students through the admissions callers.

Administrative Assistant - Bible Department/Seminary

  • Maranatha’s Bible Department and Seminary has an opening for a part-time administrative assistant. This individual assists the Chair of the Bible Department and Dean of the Seminary in administrative tasks, acting as both personal and departmental secretary.

Tutors - Academic Success Center

  • Applications are now being taken for tutors for fall semester, specifically for General Biology, General Chemistry, Psychology, Accounting, Business, Calculus, Probability and Stats, Nursing, and general studies. Adults with a bachelor’s degree should submit the staff General Employment application which can be accessed through "Search positions" below. 

Head Volleyball Coach - Maranatha Baptist Academy 

  • The Maranatha Baptist University Athletic Department is seeking a head volleyball coach for the MBA fall 2017 season.

Administrative Assistant - Communications

  • The administrative assistant functions as an assistant to the director and performs other tasks according to skill. The ideal candidate will be detail oriented and able to do light graphic art work in InDesign.

Assistant Teacher - Kiddie Kampus Preschool & Daycare

  • The assistant childcare teacher works under the supervision of a lead teacher with a designated group of children.
