Enrollment Management - Administrative Assistant

  • The Administrative Assistant supports Enrollment Management in essential duties for the efficient operation of prospective student recruitment, which may include electronic correspondence, phone receptionist, mailings, and communication of key details. They provide assistance to the Tour Coordinator in the management of details relating to the Maranatha tour groups which may include scheduling, correspondence, and communication of key details. This part-time position is an immediate opening.

Guest Services Director & Alumni Services Administrative Assistant

  • The Guest Services Director provides leadership in creating a Christ-centered, professional, and welcoming experience for all campus visitors. This role oversees guest hospitality, coordinates visits and events, supervises student ambassadors, and ensures that every interaction with Maranatha Baptist University reflects its mission to develop leaders for ministry in the local church and the world “To the Praise of His Glory.” 
  • The Administrative Assistant for Alumni Services provides essential support to the Advancement Office by managing alumni records, coordinating communications, and assisting with events and engagement initiatives. This role ensures efficient daily operations of Alumni Services, fosters meaningful connections between Maranatha Baptist University and its graduates, and helps advance the University’s mission by strengthening alumni involvement and support.

  • This is an immediate opening. These positions are combined to create a full-time, year-round position.

Head of Marketing

  • The Head of Marketing will be responsible for leading and executing the overall marketing strategy to enhance brand awareness, drive institutional growth and ensure alignment with university objectives. This role demands a visionary leader with a deep understanding of marketing principles, proven experience in developing and implementing successful creative marketing campaigns, leading a marketing team of various talents and a track record of driving results in a competitive market landscape.

Information Technologies: Enterprise Systems Administrator 

  • The Enterprise Systems Administrator is responsible for the installation, configuration, maintenance, operation, and security of enterprise administrative and academic information systems, including Maranatha’s Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP), Student Information System (SIS), ERP portal, database management systems (DBMS), interface to Salesforce, and other enterprise information systems. This full-time position has a mid-August start date.

Information Technologies: Network Administrator

  • The Network Administrator designs, installs, supports, and maintains the University’s network and server systems. They also deploy hardware and software solutions, along with monitoring and enhancing systems security and performance. This full-time position has a mid-August start date.

Kiddie Kampus: Assistant Teacher

  • An assistant childcare teacher shall work under the supervision of a lead childcare teacher with a group of children. This full-time position has a May 2026 start date.

Library: Public Services Assistant

  • The Public Services Assistant is a part-time (28 hours per week) position responsible for the operation of the Circulation Desk, supervising and training library Student Staff, assessing and collecting fees and fines, managing library material circulation, administering the Testing Service, processing library mail and on-going serial subscriptions, and providing point-of-need reference service. This part-time position has a start date of June 22.

Online and Distance Learning: Billing & Data Specialist

  • The Billing & Data Specialist manages all of the efforts related to the billing of distance students (undergraduate, graduate, and Seminary). Additionally, the individual will utilize Jenzabar, Salesforce, MS Excel, and other tools to accurately gather and maintain data for reporting. The individual will maintain a secondary membership and line of supervision with the Business Office. This part-time position has a mid-April start date.

Online and Distance Learning: Business Development Manager

  • The Business Development Manager is focused on the strategic planning, marketing and financial management of Online & Distance Learning at Maranatha. This full-time position has a June 1 start date.

Online and Distance Learning: Salesforce Business Analyst 

  • The Salesforce Business Analyst communicates between Online & Distance Learning, Information Technology, and other MBU departments to help solve challenges and to find data-driven solutions with a focus on recruitment, admissions, and development. This role reports to the VP of ODL and closely coordinates with the Director of IT. This full-time position has a June 1 start date.

Student Life Office: Data Specialist

  • The Data Specialist oversees processes, surveys, and reports involved to ensure information is up to date within the affairs of the Student Life Office. The position also provides customer service to those who come into contact with the Student Life Office. The Data Specialist is a 10-month position with 15-18 hours per week during the semester (including in-service and post-service weeks). The position has some remote possibilities if necessary but does require on-site availability during the semester. This part-time position has an August 2026 start date.

Transportation Services Supervisor

  • The Transportation Services Supervisor maintains, repairs, and oversees university vehicles and equipment, ensuring safety, reliability, and regulatory compliance. They manage preventive maintenance, vendor coordination, budgeting, and student workers. Additional requirements include supporting campus transportation needs, conducts driver training, and assists with facilities projects. A current CDL is required or a candidate who is willing to obtain a CDL within an agreed upon amount of time after hire. This full-time position has a start date of May 1, 2026.
