  • Facilities Management is seeking a Grounds Supervisor to provide horticultural skills and supervise the seasonal requirements of campus turf, plants, trees, drives/lots, and sidewalks.

Executive Assistant - Academic Affairs

  • The Academic Office executive assistant is responsible for performing a wide range of administrative duties for the Vice President for Academic Affairs. The executive assistant serves as the primary point of contact for internal and external constituencies. The ideal candidate will have the ability to exercise good judgment in a variety of situations with strong written and verbal communication, administrative, and organizational skills.

Lead Teacher - Kiddie Kampus Preschool & Daycare

  • As a Five Star YoungStar facility, Kiddie Kampus provides a program that exceeds expectations in every area, including staff, quality care, safety, and educational opportunities. The lead childcare teacher plans, implements and supervises the daily activities of the students. This is a full-time, year-round position.

Part-time Employment Opportunities: 

Administrative Assistant - Financial Aid - NEW

  • The Administrative Assistant in the Financial Aid office provides administrative support to the Director and Associate Director, and serves as the first contact for incoming phone calls and visitors. This is a 28-hour, 12-month position with a start date of June 1.

Administrative Assistant - Office of Student Activities

  • The Administrative Assistant in the OSA assists the Director in a comprehensive activities program including student governance, social events, leadership activities and community service. This is a 28-hour position August through the beginning of May.

Administrative Assistant - Admissions Office

  • The Admissions Office Administrative Assistant is primarily responsible to greet guests, answer phones, process inquiries, and maintain the database of prospective students.

Assistant Teacher - Kiddie Kampus Preschool & Daycare

  • As a Five Star YoungStar facility, Kiddie Kampus provides a program that exceeds expectations in every area, including staff, quality care, safety, and educational opportunities. The assistant childcare teacher works under the supervision of a lead teacher. This is a year-round position with morning hours.

Custodian, Mornings

  • The Custodial Department is seeking an individual to provide custodial expertise and care for assigned spaces on the University campus during the morning hours. Regularly scheduled hours are 6:00-11:30 a.m., Monday through Friday. This is a year-round position and is an immediate opening.
