Staff Accountant

  • The Staff Accountant contributes to Maranatha’s mission as an accounting professional, responsible for maintaining and supporting several aspects of the University’s financial records, including revenue cycles, journal entries, reconciliations, reports, audit preparation and serves as back-up role for key cash receipt and accounts payable functions. This is a full-time position and is an immediate opening.

Vice President for Institutional Advancement

  • The Vice President for Institutional Advancement is responsible to coordinate into one integrated team all departments focused on the external constituents of the college. This individual provides administrative oversight for Admissions, Student Recruitment, Communications, Public Relations, Guest Relations, Online & Distance Learning (operations), and Alumni Services with operational oversight of the Development Office.

IT Director

  • The Information Technology Director plans, directs, and coordinates all activities of the Information Technology Department in order to deliver technology services for faculty, staff, students, and other constituents in a timely and professional manner. The IT Director establishes and oversees procedures for the department’s internal operations and ensures accurate and timely communications relating to IT. This is a full-time position. 

Head Athletic Trainer

  • MBU is looking for a Certified Athletic Trainer to develop, coordinate and administer a comprehensive sports medical program for the University. The Athletic Trainer will perform professional and administrative services essential for the successful implementation and development of the program. The Athletic Trainer will have sole responsibility for the diagnosis, management, and return-to-play diagnosis for student-athletes care. This is a full-time position with a start date of August 1.


  • The Controller serves as the deputy to the Chief Financial Officer. Responsible for the timely execution of all University financial reports, statements, audits, business offices policies and procedures, taxes, and wealth management. Oversees all journal accounting and the proper functional execution of the Business Office. This is a full-time position and is an immediate opening. 

Part-time Academy Faculty: Choir

  • Maranatha Baptist Academy is seeking a part-time faculty member to teach Choir, beginning fall semester 2022. This is an excellent opportunity to interact with teenagers and instruct in curriculum-driven content. This is a part-time, salaried position.

Costume Cottage Supervisor

  • The Costume Cottage Supervisor designs and coordinates costumes for Maranatha through creating and sewing new costumes as well as pulling and altering existing costumes from our existing wardrobe. These costumes are used for the University main stage and Academy theatrical productions. The supervisor also helps to coordinate and fit the traveling MBU musical ensembles' wardrobes to make sure they represent the school in a quality fashion. The supervisor assists in coordinating use of costumes by student body, staff, and faculty for on-campus events and promotional situations.  They are in charge of measuring, ordering and altering all choir and band, orchestra outfits. The Supervisor manages multiple student workers in service at the Costume Cottage who help with sewing and alterations and costume rentals to the public. This is a 28-hour position during the school year, with minimal hours during the summer.

Costume Cottage: Seamstress

  • The Costume Cottage is seeking someone to lend their creative talents as an assistant to the Costume Cottage Supervisor. This individual helps where needed to support the Supervisor in sewing apparel and costumes used for theatrical productions and musical ensembles. Hours are less than 20 per week during the school year, with an increase in hours during major dramatic productions. This is an immediate opening. 

Kiddie Kampus: Lead Teacher

  • Kiddie Kampus Preschool & Daycare is seeking excellent teachers with a passion to make a difference in the lives of preschool-aged children and their families. Our lead teachers plan and implement a program of study that, as far as possible, meets the individual needs, interests, and abilities of their students. The Lead teacher supervises the daily activities in an individual classroom and provides leadership for their assistant teachers. This is a full-time, year-round position.

Kiddie Kampus Preschool & Daycare: Assistant Teacher

  • Do you love children? Do you love teaching? Do you love being able to make a difference in the lives of preschool-aged children and their families? Kiddie Kampus may be the place for you! Kiddie Kampus is a faith-based childcare center, serving children six weeks to 11 years old. We are currently hiring an assistant teacher to work mornings, approximately 25 hours per week.
