Director of Human Resources

  • The Director of Human Resources manages the Human Resources Department under the supervision of the Chief Executive Officer, overseeing the administration of hiring, retention, staff development, personnel records, legal compliance, compensation, benefits program planning and administration, and long-term staffing strategies. This is a full-time position and is an immediate opening.

School of Education: Administrative Assistant

  • The administrative assistant supports the department in a variety of ways, including coordinating student teaching placements, record keeping, and managing background check services. This is a 25-hour-per-week position and is an immediate opening. 

Financial Aid: Assistant Director for Data and Compliance 

  • Applications are being accepted for Assistant Director of Data and Compliance in Financial Aid. The assistant director is responsible for processing all Federal, State and Military aid; ensures that Maranatha has accurate reporting data; and works to ensure compliance with all required regulations. This is a full-time position and is an immediate opening.

Head Coach: University Men's Baseball

  • The Athletic Department is seeking a Head Men’s Baseball Coach for the 2024 season. Head coaches are responsible for the preparation of their team for competition, control of their team, handling the pressures of the game, and team/crowd control during injury situations. They are also responsible to support and follow the mission statement of the Maranatha Athletic Department: to develop leadership skills in the student-athlete through skilled training, godly mentoring, and inter-collegiate competition. This is a seasonal position.

Head Coach: University Women's Volleyball 

  • The Athletic Department is seeking a Head Coach for MBU Women’s Volleyball for the 2023 season. Head coaches are responsible for the preparation of their team for competition and to support and follow the mission statement of the Maranatha Athletic Department: to develop leadership skills in the student-athlete through skilled training, godly mentoring, and inter-collegiate competition. This is a seasonal position.

Kitchen Coordinator: Kiddie Kampus

  • The Kitchen Coordinator at Kiddie Kampus Preschool & Daycare is responsible for creating the menu; preparing and delivering food; recording the CACFP production record; adhering to the Food Program requirements; and maintaining a sanitary work environment. This is a year-round part-time position working no more than 30 hours per week and is an immediate opening.

Maintenance Supervisor

  • The Maintenance Supervisor works in the field and office to repair and oversee the operation and maintenance of the university buildings. Under the direction of the Facilities Manager, this individual is responsible to monitor the daily performance of building mechanical, electrical, plumbing, control, safety, and security systems. Troubleshoots building HVAC, electrical, plumbing, control, safety, and security system failures and assists with or performs needed repairs. This individual supervises demand maintenance and preventive maintenance; is responsible to train and supervise staff, student and seasonal employees working in these areas. This is a full-time position and is an immediate opening.

Staff Accountant

  • The Staff Accountant contributes to Maranatha’s mission as an accounting professional, responsible for maintaining and supporting several aspects of the University’s financial records, including revenue cycles, journal entries, reconciliations, reports, audit preparation and serves as back-up role for key cash receipt and accounts payable functions. This is a full-time position and is an immediate opening.

Head Athletic Trainer

  • MBU is looking for a Certified Athletic Trainer to develop, coordinate and administer a comprehensive sports medical program for the University. The Athletic Trainer will perform professional and administrative services essential for the successful implementation and development of the program. The Athletic Trainer will have sole responsibility for the diagnosis, management, and return-to-play diagnosis for student-athletes care. This is an immediate opening. 

Controller

  • The Controller serves as the deputy to the Chief Financial Officer. Responsible for the timely execution of all University financial reports, statements, audits, business offices policies and procedures, taxes, and wealth management. Oversees all journal accounting and the proper functional execution of the Business Office. This is a full-time position and is an immediate opening. 

Costume Cottage: Seamstress

  • The Costume Cottage is seeking someone to lend their creative talents as an assistant to the Costume Cottage Supervisor. This individual helps where needed to support the Supervisor in sewing apparel and costumes used for theatrical productions and musical ensembles. Hours are less than 20 per week during the school year, with an increase in hours during major dramatic productions. This is an immediate opening. 

Kiddie Kampus Preschool & Daycare: Assistant Teacher

  • Do you love children? Do you love teaching? Do you love being able to make a difference in the lives of preschool-aged children and their families? Kiddie Kampus may be the place for you! Kiddie Kampus is a faith-based childcare center, serving children six weeks to 11 years old. We are currently hiring an assistant teacher to work mornings, approximately 25 hours per week.
